What can I do to improve my course?

Students place a lot of emphasis on communication between the instructor and student, so please try to answer all email within 24 business hours and try to post graded assignments and exams ASAP. Because of the lack of direct contact with instructors, tracking progress and finding ways to improve their grades if very important to online students.

It is also not a bad idea to add a short video or audio introduction to your course. A multi-media introduction helps students relate to you as their instructor and helps them feel comfortable with your expectations.
