Exam Calculator Policy

If the exam cover page states "calculator" or "non-graphic calculator", students are only allowed to use numeric or strictly math/scientific calculators. Below are a few examples of these types of calculators.

Below are a few pictures of "Graphical Calculators" and "Graphing Calculators". Students may only use these types of calculators if the exam cover page specifically states "Graphing or Graphic" calculator.

These devices are PDAs and pocket PCs. Do NOT allow students to use these devices in place of a calculator. These devices often allow internet access, students the ability to communicate with each other and storage of large amounts of text and picture. These devices will most likely NEVER be allowed for use during an exam. If for some reason these devices are allowed during an exam it will be very specifically stated on the exam cover page.

These devices are Cell, Digital or Mobile phones. Do NOT allow students to use these devices during an exam.
